We are the first IFMA degree program in the state of California! We’re here to provide our students with the means necessary for a successful career!
In 2016, there were 3,200 Facilities Management job openings in Southern California.
Only an estimated 30 individuals completed formal training programs.
In response, the FM Talent Pipeline was created by the IFMA Foundation and California Community Colleges to tackle the supply/demand skills gap for employers.
